Several months back, Walmart.com changed their system so that when a customer orders a quantity greater than 1 of a product, that order will come through in two separate line items, with different order numbers but the same PO number. Previously, they used to have one line item and the QTY would just say the correct quantity, but now the QTY is never more than 1.
The result is that these items are transmitted to our shipping software (ShipHero) as separate items, and the customer will get separate packages of the same product. It also costs us more in shipping. That is, unless we catch it and manually consolidate.
Is anyone else having this issue?
