I have a question regarding return postage and refunds and was wondering if someone could advise in the following situations.
For a UK based company with a .co.uk and .de website selling products. Shipping from the UK.
I would like to know from a legal point of view who is responsible for paying the return shipping and if the original postage that the customer paid should be refunded or not.
This is assuming that the customer just decided they didn't want the product and not that it was faulty or broken).
Example 1 – UK customer buys from .co.uk website.
Example 2 – International customer buys from .co.uk website.
Example 3 – German customer buys from .de website (shipped from UK).
