Hi everyone – finishing building my first store with Woocommerce. I'm using ShipStation for fulfillment and Klaviyo for CRM.
Here is my question – by default Woo and ShipStation have emails that are sent to people who make purchases. My plan is to turn all of those automated emails off and have all communication flows happen through Klaviyo. That way all automated communications are in one place. Does that make sense? Hoping anyone who uses a similar combination of plugins can advise if that is the smartest way to do things.
