Best site to create own website

Good day everyone,

I am planning to start my own ecommerce store specializing in selling laptop stickers and skins (as of now). This is basically as a side business to fund my college education. Could anyone help me with a site which is simple to make and the monthly fees isnt that high as well since I won't be expecting a lot traffic initially anyways. I had thought of vix but I've heard it is costly. Any suggestions?

This is the first sub I've come to since This is the best topic i could think off for this sub and I've seen the people of this sub are usually very helpful
