We are looking at the possibility of signing up for one of Yotpo's enterprise plans for reviews, UGC, and loyalty. They say the pricing is based on order count and are trying to get us to sign up for an annual contract. For 2-4k orders per month they are asking for $20-30k per year which seems very steep. I'm wondering if anyone here has had success in negotiating contracts in the past year or so and can give any input. At the current price we will be unable to use their service however if we are able to negotiate something more reasonable, the software could be profitable for us. I am aware of Stamped and other competitors who do offer similar value propositions. Yotpo has a few extra features that could be useful (but not worth the current premium they are requesting).
