Who Inspires Us at Oracle: Women in Tech and Beyond

At Oracle, we're fortunate to be part of a global community that helps grow and develop strong, smart, and passionate women. And this month, the team came together to celebrate Women's History Month and the achievements of women in society, culture, and business.

We proudly accepted the 2021 theme of International Women's Day by "choosing to challenge"—we're challenging ourselves and others to call out inequality, to show support and solidarity, and to lift up those around us with praise and positivity.

To help us align our efforts, Oracle Women's Leadership (OWL) set out six pledges and invited us all to #ChooseToChallenge this month and throughout the year.

  • I pledge to celebrate women's achievements.
  • I pledge to amplify voices not being heard.
  • I pledge to broaden perceptions.

We've enjoyed sharing ideas, giving well-deserved kudos to teammates, and most importantly, discussing how we can actively be part of the solution and help facilitate change.
