Please explain my 0.32% conversion rate.

Hello kind people of r/ecommerce.

We have a very low conversion rate. I know the product is somewhat niche and in the food/beverage space, but <0.5% seems unusually low. Our marketing numbers are looking decently good, so the bottleneck happens on the website specifically.

Factors I see:

  1. First food/beverage is hard to justify
  2. Price point is too high/pack size too large
  3. Audience is not quite right
  4. Messaging isn't clear

Note: bone broth specifically… we haven't been pushing the noodles.

Any/all advice is straight-from-the-heart appreciated. Seriously.
