Customer Account Checkout vs. Guest Checkout – What do you recommend?

Hello guys. We are currently setting up our store setup (on Shopify) and we are discussing the different checkout options:

A) Customer account checkout only

B) Customer account checkout + Guest checkout

C) Guest checkout only

What do the experts in here say? Thanks!
