How do I get in contact with TikTok creators?

I'm trying to find out how to get TikTok influencers to contact me. I sell fidget toys, and TikTok is my main focus for advertising. I tried creating my own account and got around 250 followers but still no sales.

I want to reach out to a fidget TikToker with 10k+ followers but we have to be mutually following each other to contact. Is there an easier way to do this?
