I asked for a critique a couple weeks ago on my website: www.wagyurepublic.com and was met with an overwhelming amount of suggestions.
I listened and fixed the frame of my product pictures, shortened our support email, removed the off color header, fixed grammar errors on our blogs and more.
I feel a bit more confident in the site – but this has NOT translated to conversions yet :/
I do believe we have a unique value proposition. Our mission is to support only the best small ranchers in America, with a focus on transparency.
One major competitor is www.crowdcow.com for reference, they do around $20M/yr in revenue. They list meats from around the world, while we are similar our distinction is ONLY premium domestic product.
