Google Merchant Help! (Reposting)

Hi Everyone,

I recently opened up my Shopify store and connected to google store. For some reason, my product didn't pass a review and got rejected. All of my products were suspended and the reason is "Account suspended due to policy violation: Misrepresentation". Honestly, I have no idea what I'm doing wrong and what type of "misrepresentation" they are talking about… I read their generic FAQ, but I have no idea how I'm violating any rules. I tried reaching out to their support team, but no luck, just keep receiving the same generic emails from them… Did anyone had a similar experience with Google shop?
