A customer asked why is my price for a jewelry item more expensive then a very similar design / metal on amazon. How do we respond to these kind of questions?

I sell a variety of jewelry designs , some of which can be found on amazon for much cheaper.

Other mid tier / big tier brands off amazon sell the same design for 1.5-3x my price, and 20x the amazon price essentially.

I responded that we can’t speculate on the quality of their bands and we offer 1 year warranty / free exchanges, etc.

I’m not expecting to convert these kind of customers, as most of my buyers are buying because of our brand (is my guess, or else they would buy on amazon…?) but regardless..

Any tips?
