Please Help With Amazon FBA Stranded Inventory

Hi everyone. I am a new Amazon FBA seller. All of my inventory has been successfully received at the appropriate warehouses, but I am not able to sell because the inventort is stranded with the reasoning being "account not fully on boarded". When I open a case they just tell me there's a generic issue with my account and to re-upload my documentation. I have done this 4x now and each time it has been validated but no change on my stranded inventory status.

Any help would greatly be appreciated!
