I used to have a [firstname.lastname@example.org](mailto:email@example.com) for customer support and [firstname.lastname@example.org](mailto:email@example.com) for marketing emails. Changed the noreply to hello@ to seem more approachable.
Am also now toying with the idea of a single address for all communications i.e. [firstname.lastname@example.org](mailto:email@example.com) for ALL emails, both marketing and support. This seems the best customer-experience-wise but is probably gonna be difficult to separate for deliverability of transactional emails vs marketing.
What do you use in your ecommerce business? Single or multiple?
