Fine-tuning my subscription service

Team, I just launched a startup business and am fine-tuning several pieces of it before an all-out marketing campaign.

My pricing/membership tiers are based on research that was done through surveys, online polls, and in collaboration with the University of Texas system.

Would love to chat with anyone with insight and ideas that I may have overlooked in terms of subscription pricing and any tricks of the trade that has seen conversions increase.
