Hi, I'm very new to all of this and in the process of trying to get an ecommerce shop put together. I'm just wondering how you all handled the legal/tax side of starting your stores.
Did you file for a DBA or LLC? Did you do this before you started, or did you wait until business picked up, or did you just not do it at all? What do you do to keep your books? Did you hire a lawyer to draft your terms & conditions?
There are probably more legal/tax considerations to ask about but that's all I have now. Thank you in advance for the help!
