Hi everyone, I'm in desperate need of help. I created an LLC in 2019 for a online store, made a couple of sales but then covid hit and everything went sideways. The POD service I was using ran out of materials for some new stuff I was planning and basically, the store died. I kept it open thru 2020 hoping maybe I could try something else but eventually the expenses of shopify, domain, IG ads, and more kinda made it impossible for me to keep it going without a product.
Now I need to dissolve the LLC and the online service I used to incorporate tells me they don't do dissolutions. I'm not in the US, I did everything online, now I don't know what to do, I've kept up with my taxes and stuff but I don't know what to do with the dissolution now.
I know it was a rookie mistake and believe me I'm paying for it, I just thought if I worked hard enough on it and pushed the content, study my target, work the designs I could do it. And now I'm here asking for help on how to deal with this. Does anyone know of a remote way to deal with an LLC dissolution in Delaware?
