Shopify, FB, GA and more… this business seems overwhelmed with reporting tools. Yet requirements for reports that cut across retail, wholesale, marketing, and accounting data seem to come up all the time. The solution seems to be to either spend hours on end merging spreadsheets every time, or collect data across systems in a central place to create automated reports and a place to go for ad-hoc analytics.
Since this must be a common problem for store owners, I’d like to hear how you solved the problem. Are you able to get by on the standard reporting tools, do you have a data warehouse and analyst / engineer building reports, or did you find software that does everything you need?
