I am in the very early planning stages of a Language school. Most, if not all, trainings will be delivered in person which means the campaigns will be 100% targetting locals.
Since I haven't done any campaigns for such a business before, the plan is to have a healthy marketing budget included as the CAPEX. What I want to know is an average figure for the acquisition cost after we have launched. If I believe my healthy budget estimates, the figure is 25% of revenue. So, £50 pounds for a £200 course.
This isnt feasible unless I have 20+ attendees for every session.
Can anyone please guide me about this?
