What service can I take online orders but then accept cash only at time of pickup?

Square doesn't let me do this. If it's online they take cc payment or they have pos cash payments.

I want customers to order, then I fulfill it and send them a ready notice then they come and pickup and pay cash at that time.

I'm using shift4 and they can do this but every other aspect of their services suck. I'm trying to replicate what I have on shift4 on another site.

Any ideas?
