Fullfilment centre experience?

I just started working with one and I’m finding the communication is lacking, and they’re not living up to promises (such as same day shipping on orders placed before noon.) Also I have been very clear on the fullfilment process and how I’d like orders done, but they seem to butcher the aesthetic element. I have provided pictures and videos but they still seem to get it wrong. I do admit my process is rather complex compared to the average product, but their lack of communication is making it worse. It’s my brand on the line so it’s causing me a lot of stress, and I. Is this normal at the beginning?
