We launched a new third party fulfillment center a little under a year ago after bouncing between multiple 3PL's that just couldn't meet our needs. We couldn't find anyone with good communication, low pick error rates, or without random hidden fees. So, we started our own! I come from a background running a fulfillment center for a high volume e-commerce business and love getting customers' orders to their doors. After almost a year doing it for multiple other companies, we've got excellent feedback from our customers!
Now, I'm just looking for my fellow redditors' opinions on what you love and hate about your current fulfillment center. Some things we take pride and specialize in:
- Flexible fulfillment solutions: not making you meet cookie cutter guidelines in order to partner with us.
- Streamlined pricing so you ALWAYS know what you're paying each month with no hidden fees.
- Dedicated support: a go-to warehouse specialist dedicated to learning the ins and outs of your products in order to deliver your customer's expectations.
Thanks for your feedback in advance! Also let me know if you're interested in learning more about us.
