I have a very basic question. I live in South East Asia and want to help Western consumer product brands launch on South east asian marketplaces.
My target brands are SMEs with under annual revenue of under USD 300k. Mostly smaller brands that do not have the know how of SEA e commerce landscape.
I want advice on what kind of business model can I work on with these brands. Do I work with them on a consignment basis? How do I negotiate to get exclusive brand rights.
