I am writing this in the hope someone from Stripe sees this, and is able to offer me some sort of recourse.
I sell Funko Pops – but deal exclusively in high end pieces that can reach $30,000.00 at a time.
Due to coming from private collections, I don’t always have an invoice – that being said, full documentation of each sale Stripe queried, along with payment confirmation was provided.
I have also given tracking numbers, customer confirmation of the receipt of goods, proof that I am often selling to a larger Pop Culture company and still nothing!
I started using Stripe on May 28th (today is June 9th) – I cannot understand how I can be allowed to do nearly two weeks of business without any communication that they are unhappy.
