Inquiring about fraudulent transaction

Hello!! I’ve received an email from a non customer saying that his card has been charged by my company and wants to have the details of the person who actually made the transaction. Gave me the date of purchase, the amount and the last four digits of the VISA card. I found the order but the name on the card is different. What should I do? Everything is ok but the name on the card which is different from the person who’s inquiring.
