Customer phone calls for shipment tracking or RMs, am I the only one that gets a lot?

I think part of our problem is we specialize in products that are mainly geared to boomers. So they are not the most technical people. We do use a shopify app (tracktor) that gives all of the shipping information in emails and links on our site. But we still get a ton of calls.

Am I the only one in this boat? Or is it a common thing? We are spending in excess of 2-3 hours a day on the phone just updating people on shipping.
