customer denying delivery even though USPS shows delivered

I have a customer that bought a $60 product but they say they didn’t receive it even though USPS shows that it has been delivered. What do I do? Most I can do is a 50% refund but I don’t even want to do that anymore because of the customers entitled tone. I need help.
