How to advertise a newly listed website? Looking for any advise , Thankyou

I have just recently started up an ecommerce website and am wondering if anyone has any ideas of how to start attracting customer towards the website.

I am aware of using google ads and facebook/instagram ads but unsure what the best budget may be for these platforms.
