So I bought a gaming laptop 5 months ago and started to notice it has severe heating issues. So I contacted the Amazon customer service chat thing and asked if I could return my laptop for a refund ( bearing in mind, my 30 day refund window had already closed months ago). Surprisingly, the customer service person allowed me to refund the item and I have now sent it off to Amazon using the return label provided to me by email.
I have two questions regarding this,
Is this normal, that although my 30 day refund window closed, and it’s been 5 months with my item that I’ve somehow been able to return it?
And is there a chance that my return could get flagged once they inspect it and I won’t receive my refund? Someone please explain!
