General store for testing product -> niche store. How significant is the loss of FB Pixel data with this strategy?

Seems that FB pixel works good when it has amassed some data to build audiences and lookalikes from. And acquiring that data can be costly.

So when following the strategy of making a general store to test products and then creating a separate niche store, new FB pixel is created and you need to start from scratch with it.

How significant a setback is this process? In terms of time/money?
