What’s worth paying for as you get off the ground? [New Store]

I’ve launched a online store that rents out equipment to customers. I’m several thousand dollars in on development and startup costs, and customers are starting to come in. I’m balancing the need to stay lean but also develop content, market to potential customers, and add website functionality. I’m doing a lot things myself, but starting to outsource some tasks.

What are things (services, website enhancements, products, etc.) that worth paying for in early days of a store that may seem like unnecessary overhead but can add significant value to attract customers and improve the customer experience?
