just had a large order come through but payment provider declined because fraud?

as title suggests, just had an order come through for a large amount, but payment provider has declined payment due to possible fraud. Ive never had this before so this is new territory.

Do I need to do anything? and how can they know its a fraudulant purchase? I mean Im happy its been flagged if it is fraudulant, but if its not, then thats a huge order im losing on.
