Just 1 add to cart event after +1200 sessions and almost $200 spent on Google Ads

On June 17th I started a Google Ads smart campaign for my jewelry store: beadston.com.

I know that at the beginning I shouldn't expect a lot of sales, but after almost $200 spent on the campaign, and +1200 sessions since I set up the store, I've just had a real "add to cart" event, and no sales, of course.

I've tried adding different apps which presumably optimise conversions, such as hotjar, nudgify or donations to charities with each purchase. I've also lowered the prices, but I've seen no improvements.

I'm starting to think that my products simply aren't desirable, because they take ages to arrive and probably people know that they come from AliExpress.
