So I've recently been accepted into a global VC accelerator program and am now in a position where I have to prove traction in order to get investment. Go figure!
What advice would you give a new business owner looking to get their first customer. How best to approach Ecommerce business owners in order to validate the problem.
To clarify, I have a technical team who has extensive domain knowledge and can build a tailored solution based on the clients needs. I just need some guidance on the best way to go about it without being too desperate.
To date, I've cold called, used my LinkedIn network for referrals and gone through the VC alumni group (still a work in progress) making some decent traction but not as quickly as I would like.
