Anyone seeing an increase in lost deliveries across the board?

I feel like every day someone is emailing me saying they didn't receive their package, even though it was marked delivered by the carrier. Specifically in the U.S., but also a few for international orders. This used to happen so infrequently that I would just replace the product, no questions asked. But now its getting to be almost a daily issue.
