I’ve finally decided to take the leap and start my ecommerce site a couple weeks ago. Since then I just feel like I’m all over the place, trying to build the website, talking to suppliers, creating social media accounts, then I’ll remember something else I need to do, etc.
Does anyone know of a guide or something like that so I can keep myself in line and within an actual process until I get this up and running?
