Website Review / Ideas for Increasing Conversion rate

Hi all, I've had my woodworking site live for the past year or so and average about 60-70 visitors/day that I bring in mainly through Google Shopping ads. I tweaked it quite a bit using feedback from this great community about 6 months ago, and I feel like I have the site dialed in, but I'm still struggling mightily with my conversion rate, which is .35%. From my research, industry standards should be more in line with 1%-3%.

I'm at a loss as to what I can do to increase my conversion rate. I'm a complete novice when it comes to marketing, so I think my main issue is that I'm not bringing in quality customers to begin with. I've tried FB ads, Instagram Ads, Pinterest Ads, but have found that Google Shopping Ads convert the best for me. I also don't have any Google Display ads (or remarketing) set up yet, because I want to make sure my site is as dialed in as I can make it before pumping more money into ads.

I'd be grateful for any feedback you'd be able to provide on how I can increase my conversion rate. Do you think it'd be as easy as setting up a Google remarketing campaign? Is there any inherent flaws on my site that I'm not seeing that's keeping my rate so low? Thank you in advance.
