Looking for a headless ecommerce solution that can accept Apple Pay/Google Pay for subscriptions.

Shopify was looking promising but their payment options for subscriptions are severely limited.

Currently I'm looking into BigCommerce but I'm wondering if there's anything else out there that I've overlooked.
