Hello ecommerce, I came to you with a new question as a newbie.
Let's say there are no insurances here and you ship internationally.
Your customer provided an invalid address and the carrier decides to return it to you, but it isn't moving to you, instead it's delivered eventually to some carrier's warehouse in the customer's country.
Are you required to refund when the item isn't back to you, When it is the customer's fault for providing a wrong address?
What happens when the customer opens a dispute on PPL or Stripe?
What if the customer only contacts you after "delivered to sender" when it didn't really.
What if the customer is unresponsive and never collects their parcel?
As a seller, should I refund? Send a replacement free of charge or charge them?
