How to set expectations with an investor when starting a new ecomm company?

I’m taking over an ecomm business tomorrow and the investor already has the product, the website, everything set up. He just needs me to fine tune it and make it run. He wants to hit 100k monthly rev by December.

Any other expectations I should set with him? He’s providing all the funding and there will be plenty to invest in paid media.
