Do you take care of your own fulfilment, or have you contracted the fulfilment of your products to a 3PL fulfilment company?
By "fulfilment", I mean taking care of storing, packing, sending.
What was the reasoning behind your decision? How did this strategy help you with regards to your e-commerce operation? Would you ever consider reverting on your decision?
