Anyone who has started their own clothing brand with no fashion experience. I need your help

Sorry I don’t know if this is the right place to post.

How do I go about designing my clothes? I have my vision in my mind but have absolutely no idea how to put it on paper.

What tools do I need? Is there an app I can use?

Or do you recommend I attempt to draw them and find a designer who can make me a sample?
