Anybody else experiencing a dramatic change in ROAS Q3?

Retail ecommerce in the power tool industry. We typically aim for a 1000% ROAS for our Search and Shopping campaigns and have been able to increase our daily budget while still achieving the ROAS goal. Our sales have doubled since 2020. Q3 2021 our ROAS has taken a sudden and dramatic shift dropping to 600-750%. Auction insights show our competition like Amazon has increased "Top of Page Rate" in relation to our company BUT Amazon's Impression Share has gone up while ours has gone down. Has anybody else experienced a shift in Ad spend efficiency or competitive bidding against Amazon? Anybody else experience a big Covid surge and finally seeing things peak and taper downward?
