Teleselling Vs ecommerce

I work in a company where teleselling is still the major source of revenue (30 years old of heritage). I struggle every day in convincing that ecommerce and in general 1:1 contact with customers has evolved in more modern tools for supporting people during purchase journey (eg. Live chat, whatsapp…). No way! We want people to contact with outbound calls and the company prefers to generate a lead to contact instead of offer an omnichannel journey leaving the customer deciding where to buy. Any suggestions on how generate leads without affecting the ecommerce experience? 🤦🏻‍♂️
