Post lockdown strategies


I’ve seen a few posts now where online sellers have seen a drop in sales/traffic/conversion rates after lockdown ended.

I’ve recently seen this here in Australia. Now I’m wondering what people have tried to incentivise customers to buy online?

So it’s the drop in conversion rates I’m trying to address. I have a feeling customers are using our site for research purposes then buying in-store.

At the moment one of the few strategies I’ve thought of is having a pop-up offering a coupon for free express post (or a discount) that expires within 24 hours. Usually I’m anti pop-up but if I do it right I’m hoping it won’t be too spammy.
