What’s the best way to have a Returns Service for a new ecommerce startup?

As a new startup that will be looking to start trading early next year, I am presently in the process of trying to work out my "Returns Service" delivery strategy.

As part of this, I would like to be able to send customers prepaid postage labels which they can print, and then attach to the parcels which they can then take to the Post Office.

Ideally, I would like to be able to use Royal Mail Tracked Returns, but because my company lacks sufficient trading history, I can't open up a Business Account with Royal Mail.

Would Royal Mail Click and Drop work for this? I could set it up where the Destination is my business address, and the Sender could be the person sending me their items. Could that work as a Returns Service?

What else would you suggest?
