Hey friends, I just publicly launched my site (Slate For Men) to my network today and I'm looking for a general site review and some specific advice if you're able.
So far, sales from my personal network have been decent, but my subscription order rate is about 7% of total orders. I'd really like to get that higher. I floated 2 promo codes. The first (DAYONESUBSCRIBER) offers a better discount for subscribers than the second (DAYONESUPPORTER), which is only for one-time orders, but people are using the latter more often. Is there anything reasonable I can do to push people towards subscriptions? Is aiming higher than 7% a waste of time?
