People who sell on multiple channels (Amazon, eBay, Etsy, etc.) at the same time. How do you manage your inventory?

All of my sales are done through website, but I'm also thinking about selling to as many channels as possible. One of the biggest challenge I'm facing is how do I keep track of inventory? Is there a certain software for it?
