My company ran a pre-order last year but have run into shipping delays.
My bulk order shipment has been stuck on a cargo ship in California for over a month now (it's docked at a port) but they keep extending the ETA date. It was supposed to be delivered to my warehouse and sent to customers by now.

Is there really nothing we can do? Is there any third party company I can hire to get my stuff unloaded faster?
