I have zero B2B experience but I’ve been tasked with a strategy to create demand for a OTC B2B online website.

Background: The website is already up and running. It’s poorly designed, most people are ordering offline (not all but most), and you need to create a account to actually order with wholesale prices

I’m building our a strategy that consists of an excel sheet with three buckets of audiences we current have. We sell to pharmacies, wholesale distributors and beauty suppliers, and industrial suppliers.

The next step in my planning is to figure out content for each step in the funnel to keep those customer pools converting and coming back.

This is where I get stuck (?) What type of digital touchpoints enhancements should I be keeping a pulse on? Again, this is not my area of expertise. I was hired to lead our DTC team but I’m trying to come up with something to work with
